Judges of the High Court had ordered the sale of the lands of Lavagh, Lusmagh, in the barony of Garrycastle, King's County, formerly owned by Mr. Joseph Dolan; and whether the Commissioners would buy the land for the enlargement of the existing holdings on the property?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have issued a request to the Land Judge under Section 7 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, with reference to 125 acres of the townland referred to. When the necessary documents have been lodged, the Commissioners will consider the question of making an offer for the lands.
