§ Mr. HALDANEI am only aware of one instance in which the instructions given on 12th November last in regard to the reissue of the harness have not been complied with, and inquiries are being made into the circumstances of this case. Perhaps the hon. and gallant Member would be good enough to let me know the particular case or cases to which he refers.
