RESSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether a due proportion of the appointments to be created under the Inland Revenue Department to deal with the valuation of land under the Land Taxes of the Finance Bill be allotted to Welsh-speaking candidates from 451 Wales, in view of the small number of appointments under Government which have been conferred on candidates from Central Wales?
