HC Deb 21 April 1910 vol 16 cc2302-3
Sir PHILIP MAGNUS

asked the Prime Minister whether he can now give an approximate date for the publication of the Report of the Royal Commission on University Education in London; whether the evidence already taken is about to be placed at the disposal of the senate of the university; and whether the evidence to be taken in future will also be so placed?

The PRIME MINISTER

I understand from the Chairman that steps are being taken with a view to the publication of the evidence already given before the Royal Commission, which will thus be at the disposal of the senate of the university. It is impossible to give an approximate date for the publication of the Report of the Commission. The answer to the third part of the question is that this is a matter wholly within the discretion of the Commission.
