§ Mr. GUINEYasked the Chief Secretary if he has received a copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of tenant purchasers held at Charleville, county Cork, stating that, having agreed to purchase their holdings and entered into contracts for so doing previous to 15th September, 1909, those agreements cannot be carried out owing to Section 13 of the Land Act of 1909; and whether, under the circumstances, he will reconsider his former decision and introduce a non-contentious measure to repeal Section 13?
