HC Deb 21 April 1910 vol 16 cc2301-2
Mr. DOUGLAS HALL

asked the Prime Minister when the Foreign Office Vote will be taken; and if he is prepared to give time for the House to discuss the policy of His Majesty's Government as regards the Suez Canal and Somaliland?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)

I am not able to say when the Foreign Office Vote will be taken. I understand that some hon. Members propose to raise the question of Somaliland on the Vote on Account. No doubt an opportunity for discussing the policy of His Majesty's Government, as regards the Suez Canal, will arise on the Foreign Office Vote.
