asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether a man otherwise qualified, but continuing to get outdoor relief up to 28th December, 1910, will be entitled to an old age pension in January, 1911; or whether a man, having ceased to get outdoor relief on 6th March, 1908, will be entitled to an old age pension on 10th March, 1911?

In both the cases put by the hon. Member, the person would, under Section 3, Subsection (1) (a) of the Old Age Pensions Act, be entitled to receive an old age pension as from 1st January, 1911.
