§ The PRESIDENT Of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Burns)I have received a copy of the resolution referred to. It urged the Government to send the Water Supplies Protection Bill to a Joint Committee of both Houses without delay. I am afraid, however, that it would not be practicable to adopt this course during the present Session.
