§ Mr. EVELYN CECIL (for Viscount Helmsley)asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how many persons had been removed from their homes under the operation of the Egyptian Law of 4th July, 1909, and how many of these had been previously convicted; whether this law was administered by native officials, and by whom were the lists of proscribed persons prepared; and how many names had appeared on the preliminary lists of proscribed persons?
