§ The FIRST LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Mr. McKenna)The total number of established men employed during each of the six years was:—1904, 1,829; 1905,1,886; 1906, 1,887; 1907, 1,867; 1908, 1,791; 1909, 1,742. The number of men placed on the establishment in each of the first four years was:—1904, 504; 1905, 83; 1906, 59; 1907, 30. Admission to the establishment has been suspended since 1907.
