§ Lord R. CECILDo the Government propose to afford the House any opportunity of considering the very remarkable Report of the Committee of Privileges?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI think that at this stage of the Session the time of the House might be more profitably occupied with other matters, particularly as there will be a full opportunity when the Sessional Orders are next reviewed, of going into the whole matter.
