§ Mr. CHERRYWith the consent of the owner the Estates Commissioners had a preliminary inspection made of the lands in question, but the majority of the former tenants have refused to purchase at the prices fixed by the Commissioners. The Commissioners have decided to make no grants to any of the former tenants save one. They are all in occupation of other holdings in the neighbourhood.
