asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies what was the percentage of deaths of Chinese and natives, respectively, from diseases; and what was the percentage, respectively, of deaths from all causes, including accidents, homicide, and suicide, for the years 1905, 1906, 1907, 1908, and up to the present time for the year 1909?
