Friend, which provides that applications for advances under the Bill are to be referred by the Treasury to the Development Commissioners, who are to consider and report upon them.

§ Sir H. CRAIKI wish to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he proposes to devote any of this grant to this purpose?
