§ Major COATESI have been asked to postpone my question to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he can now place upon the Paper his Amendments in reference to the Stamp Duties, and in doing so I should like to point out that, inasmuch as this subject is to be dealt with on Tuesday, it is rather hard on me that it should be postponed till Monday, as I shall only get the reply on Tuesday morning.
