§ Mr. W. J. D. BURNYEATasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he had any official information to the effect that when the cruiser "Warrior" put into Plymouth last month a portion of her crew were in a state bordering on mutiny, and, if so, whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
§ Mr. McKENNAI am obliged to my hon. Friend for giving me private notice of this question, and also for the opportunity which it affords me of making a most emphatic contradiction of the statement that a portion of the crew of the "Warrior" were in a state bordering upon mutiny last month, and of denying that there were any circumstances on which such a charge could be based.
