The MASTER of ELIBANKThe Secretary of State has not yet received Mr. Haffkine's full report; but from a preliminary report made by him it appears that the outbreak of cholera was due to infection of the nurses' food by two servants, both in good health, who were found to be unconscious carriers of the bacillus.
