§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe crew engaged on the steamer "Linden Hall," of West Hartlepool, at Poplar on the 17th September last, numbered 28, of whom 20 were Chinese. The men were engaged on board and nine of them produced discharge books, two of the seamen producing discharge books being Chinese. There were also two apprentices on board.
