§ Mr. CHERRYNo proceedings have been instituted under the Irish Land Act, 1903, before the Estates Commissioners for the sale of the estate of J. W. Milling, county Louth, which would appear to be the estate to which this question refers. The owner approached the Commissioners some time ago and was informed that if he wished to sell the estate he should institute proceedings in the prescribed manner.
