§ Lord BALCARRES (for Major Anstruther-Gray)asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has yet received the Report he promised to ask for two months ago from the British Embassy at St. Petersburg as to whether the German subjects inheriting land in Poland were allowed 10 years to dispose of their land while British subjects are only allowed three years; and whether he has succeeded in obtaining as favourable 2176 treatment for British as is given to German subjects with regard to land owned by them?
