§ Mr. ACLANDThe dial sights have not yet been supplied. As the House has already been informed they will not be available until those now being used by the Regulars are released by the supply of new pattern sights for the latter. Directors are being issued to all batteries. As regards plotters a few are still due.
§ Mr. ASHLEYIs the hon. Member aware that the present dial sights of the Territorial Artillery are made of wood are absolutely useless?
§ Mr. ACLANDI am aware they are made of wood, but they are satisfactory for their purpose.
