§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Haldane)No special steps are being taken in regard to this matter beyond what have been taken under the Regulations; but I have every reason to hope that candidates for the Special Reserve of 198 Officers will be gradually forthcoming from the Officers Training Corps.
