§ Mr. BIRRELLNeale was awarded a pension of 5s. a week by the Ardfert Pensions Sub-Committee. The pension officer appealed against their decision on the ground that claimant's means exceeded the statutory limit, and the Local Government Board, on full consideration of the case, upheld the appeal.
