asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what are the numbers of Russian troops remaining at Tabriz and Kazvin?

The SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir Edward Grey)

The Russian troops at Tabriz have recently been reduced to about 1,000. The Russian Government have announced their intention to withdraw to Russia the troops at Kazvin, numbering about 1,600, leaving only a Consular guard in that town.
