asked the President of the Board of trade what is the amount of import duty realised by Germany, France, Russia, Italy, Austria, and the United States during each of the years 1906, 1907, and 1908 upon the following articles: cotton yarn, cotton manufactured goods and goods partly made of cotton, woollen goods and yarn, pig iron and manufactured iron, machinery, and timber and wood in a manufactured or partly manufactured state?
