§ Mr. WALTER LONG presented four Petitions praying the House to reject the Finance Bill: (1) from the Ulster Unionist Council with 33,452 signatures; (2) from 6,608 agricultural residents in Northamptonshire; (3) from 2,799 electors of East Fife; and (4) from the members of the Bristol Stock Exchange.
