§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Haldane)In the Regular Army there are at present 204 vacancies, but the majority of these will be filled by the beginning of 1910. The figures for the Special Reserve and Territorial Force were given in replies to questions put by the hon. Member for the Blackpool Division of Lancashire on Monday, 18th October, to which I would ask the hon. Member to refer.
