Mr. T. F. RICHARDSasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the firm of Messrs. Ransomes and Rapier, Ipswich, are contractors to the Admiralty; if so, whether he is aware that the rivetters and platers in their employ are paid 22s. per week, the district rate being 32s. per week; and whether he will take action to have the Fair Wage Clause complied with?
