B. Brown, of 104, High Street, Watford, who is acting as secretary to the local applicants for land, and arrange for an inquiry at an early date?
§ Sir E. STRACHEYThere is great difficulty in obtaining land at Watford at reasonable rents on account of its value for building purposes. The Board are, however, sending an inspector down to inquire and report on the general position there. He will see Mr. Brown.
