§ Mr. WARDLEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that a working agreement has been arrived at between the Rhondda and Swansea Bay Railway Company and the Great Western Railway Company; whether he has a. copy of such agreement; and, if not, will he endeavour to procure one; and will he lay a copy of such agreement upon the Table of this House?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am aware of the existence of this agreement. The companies concerned are not under any obligation to deposit a copy of such an agreement at the Board of Trade, and the Board have no power to require them to do so.
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI will bring under their notice the question of the hon. Member.
