§ Mr. WARDLEasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been called to the fact that complaints have been made by the Coventry Grocers' Association against the delay in the delivery of goods by the London and North-Western Railway; whether the agreement arrived at between the London and North-Western Railway and the Midland Railway has been a contributory cause of this 1014 delay; and whether, in view of the resultant public inconvenience, he proposes to take any and, if so, what action?
