§ Mr. W. HUDSONI beg to present a Petition from the National Union of Public Health Authorities, in which it is stated that a large number of representatives of city and town councils, as well as the Durham County Council, pray that legislation may be introduced for the purpose of preventing tuberculosis, both human and bovine.
