§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLThe Resolution referred to has been received. As regards the second part of the question, the Bill relates to the United Kingdom and not to Ireland only. The question as to facilities must therefore be addressed to the Prime Minister. I am in constant communication with the hon. Member for Kildare in regard to this Bill.
