§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe Foreign Hay and Straw Order of 1908 is still in force, and as the hon. Member will see from the copy which I am sending to him, 21 countries are scheduled. The Order also applies to the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Delaware.
