§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe Board do not themselves institute proceedings under the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs Act, 1906. I see no reason why a combination of persons trading together should not be 411 prosecuted for offences under that Act, but if the hon. Member is aware of any difficulty which has arisen perhaps he will communicate with me on the subject?
