I should like to ask what the views of the Government are with regard to suspension of the Eleven o'clock Rule and the continuation of the Debate to-night? I may say incidentally that I think it would be to the general advantage that we should not come arbitrarily to an end of the discussion at 11 o'clock. At the same time I hope the Government do not contemplate an unnecessarily late sitting.
