HC Deb 18 May 1909 vol 5 c235
Mr. CREAN

asked whether Mr. Bartholomew Coleman, who was evicted from his holding at Commogue, Kinsale, county Cork, has lodged a claim as an evicted tenant for reinstatement to his former holding or, in the alternative, for some untenanted land; and, if so, whether his claim has been rejected, and, if so, on what ground?

Mr. BIRRELL

Bartholomew Coleman's application for reinstatement has been inquired into, and the Estates Commissioners in the exercise of their discretion have decided not to take any action in the matter.
