§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have considered the case of Peter Kelly. There is a substantial dwelling-house on his farm, and a grant for fencing has been sanctioned. The Commissioners cannot see their way to make any grant for purchase of live stock in this case.
§ Mr. F. MEEHANIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that this man was kept out of his holding for two years, and when he was reinstated, after having been at so much expense, is it not really too bad that he should not get a grant for purchase of stock?
