§ Mr. CECIL HARMSWORTHasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the reference to the Colonial Conference that is to assemble in London in July is to be confined to the question of imperial defence; and, if not, whether he will consult with the several Colonial Governments as to the advisability of including in the terms of reference the question of Asiatic immigration into the self-governing Colonies, with a view to the establishment of a general imperial policy?
