§ the Ladies' Gallery, I wish to ask you, Mr. Speaker, if the arrangement might not be so altered as to permit of the transfer of passes from one Member to another, and yet limit them to relatives?
§ Mr. SPEAKERI have made an arrangement with the Sergeant-at-Arms that if any hon. Member wishes to transfer his ticket he should surrender it to the Sergeant-at-Arms, who will cancel it, and issue a new ticket to the friend of the hon. Member. I hope that will meet the case.
