Woods and Carroll, have, since signing their purchase-agreements, sold their interest to Messrs. Richard and Thomas Wallace, also purchasers on the same estate; and, if so, whether he will decline to sanction advances which would lead to the accumulation in the hands of these two gentlemen of an acreage of land contrary to the policy of the Land Purchase Act?
