§ Mr. REESasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give the House any information regarding the Trinidad Working Men's Association; whether it consists of Europeans or of natives of Trinidad; and what proportion of the population of the island it may be considered to represent?
§ Colonel SEELYI have no precise information as to the membership of the Trinidad Working Men's Association. I understand that in 1906 it had a membership of 223. The Secretary of State will obtain from the Governor fuller information with regard to this association.
