§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that on the occasion referred to the agent drove with their inspector, as it was desirable that a representative of the owner should be present at the inspection. The inspector did not recommend an evicted tenant to take a holding other than her own, but asked one person, who sought reinstatement as the representative of an evicted tenant, whether she would take a farm elsewhere. The Commissioners approve of their inspector's action in the matter.
