§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY of the TREASURY (Mr. Hobhouse)The whole of the sum in question will be applied in readjusting the scales of the Upper Division Establishment of the Board of Trade proper (including the Commercial Labour and Statistical Department). The Patent Office and the General Register and Record Office of Shipping and Seamen are not affected by the rearrangement.
