asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he was aware of any approaching visit of the Czar of Russia to this country; and, if so, whether any official recognition on the part of the Government of that visit was contemplated?

The question of a visit by the Emperor of Russia has not so far been brought officially to my notice, and nothing has been definitely decided.
