§ Sir E. STRACHEYAn Assistant Commissioner, two Inspectors and two Special Commissioners have recently been appointed. It is proposed to appoint two additional Inspectors—one for Wales—and, if necessary, more Special Commissioners. The clerical staff has also been increased.
