§ Mr. RENWICKI wish to ask the right hon. Gentleman whether it can be arranged-that at least one-half of the coals used in His Majesty's ships when in home waters and during manœuvres in the North Sea shall be Northumberland best steam coal?
§ Mr. McKENNAWelsh steam coal being the most suitable and efficient coal for use in His Majesty's ships, it is not considered in the interests of the Service to make use of the description of coal recommended.
