asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he has any knowledge of the armour plates of the obsolete men-of-war which have been scrapped and sold being re-rolled and used by a foreign Power?

May I ask whether, having regard to the seriousness of the subject, the right hon. Gentleman will make inquiries?
