§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Haldane)I am issuing a statement with the Votes, in the same form, with the exception of the item "Value of stores drawn from stock without replacement, in aid of cash expenditure." Some stores and clothing remaining surplus after the war were used up in the years referred to, but I am unable to give figures for their actual value. They would not be large enough substantially to affect the comparison.
