HC Deb 28 June 1909 vol 7 c11
Mr. CATHCART WASON

asked the Postmaster-General if he is now in a position to state the relative cost of wireless telegraphy and ordinary between North Ronaldshay and Sanday; and if, in view of the finding of the Board of Trade inquiry into the total loss of the "Isle of Erin," with all hands, and also the sympathetic attitude of the various Departments concerned, he will state on what terms telegraphic communication, of one sort or other, can be given?

Mr. BUXTON

I hope that I shall be able to quote terms for a wireless installation at an early date. I cannot do so at the present moment.
